Chris Feduccia, PMP
Chris Feduccia brings over 30 years of experience in small and medium business (SMB) finance, mergers and acquisitions, and community development finance. Since closing his first deal in 1996—a successful sale of a valve company to a key employee—Chris has remained committed to empowering people to realize their full potential through ownership and strategic growth.
Chris has structured more than $800 million in commercial and government-guaranteed financing and over $400 million in tax-advantaged transactions. He has developed and maintained strong relationships with a wide range of public and private funding sources built over three decades in the field.
Chris has led the formation and capitalization of non-bank lending institutions, which have deployed over $1 billion. His advisory experience spans high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and mission-driven institutions, offering expertise in capital formation, risk analysis, and investment strategy. While at Source Capital Corporation, he was part of a two-person deal team that made the first-ever loan to Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, helping launch an entity worth approximately $10 billion.
Chris is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Finance, and is also a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute and has obtained certification as a Project Management Professional. He remains a trusted advisor to many private companies and investors.
Roman Starns, MBA
Roman Starns brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial and small business expertise to his clients, having built a distinguished career centered around business growth, financing strategies, and operational excellence. Based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Roman has held senior advisory roles, including Senior Business Advisor for the Louisiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network, Lecturer for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Program Manager for the Restore Louisiana Business Program, Lead Counselor and Instructor for Louisiana’s Veterans Business Outreach Center, and Director of the PAVE for Veterans initiative.
Roman's extensive skill set spans leadership, strategic planning, financial analysis, human resource management, marketing, operations, accounting, forecasting, and comprehensive business development. His specialization in finance encompasses loan packaging, SBA lending, disaster loan programs, USDA lending, New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), commercial bank financing, venture capital and angel investing, crowdfunding, alternative financing solutions, tax incentives and credits, and developing lender- and investor-ready financial forecasts.
Roman earned his MBA from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from LSU, where he was a Varsity Letterman for the Fighting Tiger Football Team.
